MELODY

We walk hand in hand back to his house and I’m thankful he doesn’t ask me a million questions. It’s one of the reasons why I love him so much. He’s always been in-tune with my emotions and knows when to push and when not to. That’s one of the reasons why our silence is comfortable and I’m at peace when he’s near.

When we step inside and he locks the door behind us, I wrap my arms around his waist and breathe. Zander has always felt like home. We could be a thousand miles away—as long as he’s by my side, I’m content. It’s when he’s out of reach that I feel unhappy and needy. Why? Because he’s always been there for me whenever I’ve needed him.

“I know we weren’t supposed to see each other today, and it wasn’t my intention to walk this far. I know I’m a lot to handle and you wanted a break…” He quiets me with his mouth, and I must admit it works like a charm.

His lip ring presses into my bottom lip with an earth-shattering kiss that’s so passionate and demanding that I grow weak in the knees. My panties are soaked with every nip of his teeth and curl of his tongue. We’re both breathless when the kiss ends.

“I didn’t need a break from you, angel. And you might be too hard to handle for some, not for me. Nor could you ever be. All I wanted was for you to reconnect with your family, is all. Catch up on all that you missed. Throw off the scent so Jaxon leaves us alone.”

“And I’m such a needy bitch that I couldn’t go a day without being with you. It’s all your fault since you spoil me and give me everything I ask for.” A rumble comes from deep within his chest and it makes me smile. Like a crazy clown with a painted-on kind of smile. Zander makes me so happy.

“Not everything but damn close to it. So now that you’re here, are we going to risk me driving you home or did you have something else in mind?” Well, now that I’m here, it seems like such a waste to go right back home. I can think of a few things off the top of my head to keep us busy, but why don’t I show him instead?

Grabbing his hand, I head towards his bedroom, and I don’t hear a peep out of him. Maybe he likes this idea just as much as I do.

After stepping into the room, I walk him towards the bed, turn him around, and when his knees hit the edge, he sits down. Now that we’re alone, I’m going to give him a lap dance that neither one of us is going to forget anytime soon. I’m no stripper, but I’ve got moves.

The song Pony comes to mind as I do a little bump and grind while slowly taking off my shirt. As seductively as I possibly can.
